Dr Henry Attends CE By The Sea Meeting

Dr Henry attended the CE (continuing education) Meeting in September in Port Aransas, Texas becoming apprised of the latest information on subjects including heartworm disease, prevention and treatment, toxicology, heart disease, tick borne disease, and emergency medicine. Our doctors actively participate in continuing education on a regular basis in order to assist with and improve the practice of Veterinary Medicine.

Our Vets are members of the TAVP (Texas Academy of Veterinary Practice), which requires its members to take a minimum of 150 credit hours every three years. The time and expense veterinarians must invest to maintain 50 hours annually of continuing education is why only 7% of Texas veterinarians are members of the Texas Academy of Veterinary Practice.
